    An article of this nature is sorely needed as HR subject matter is rarely addressed. I agree with the respect issue, however it is a 2-way street and it's earned, not given. We struggle with turnover and often wonder what we can do different or better. So far, it seems to be our hiring practices, and not so much our work enviroment. I think everybody in our industry would like to see more HR-related articles as it's an area we rarely get any formal education on. Keep up the great work.
